Quick, minimal ingredient meal idea

(This Pizza Crepe quick recipe can be adapted for even the fussiest of eaters)

PIZZA CREPE

My daughter spends her iPad time watching food hacks & meal ideas (and a good dose of Roblox thrown in too!) so this one is from her. It was so delicious! Took her all of 10 minutes to make batter and add toppings.

Tastier than a tortilla pizza, in a different league to just a sarnie for lunch.

Crepe: 100g plain flour, 2 eggs, 300ml milk.

We already had grated mozzarella and pizza sauce in too so couldn’t have been easier.

TIPS:

1) Let your child choose their own topping, even if it is not overly varied and even if they prefer theirs sweet..baby steps.

2) Counterintuitively, the less pressure we put on our kids to try new food, they become more at ease at the table and more likely to try.
