Help!

So much fussy eating advice out there, but no idea where to start?!  I hear you, because I have been there myself!  Your part in this is very simple; email me at grace@happylittleeaters.co.uk with the subject title ‘Help!’ and I will take care of the rest. When my twins were babies, I heard a lot of ‘just relax’ or ‘they won’t starve’ or ‘keep offering’.  The trouble is, whilst we do need to relax and keep offering new food, we also need to know how to apply this to every day life!  This is where I come in.  I listen to your needs (I mean really listen), I support, I offer non-judgemental practical help and give you a step-by-step easy-to-implement plan after the call.  Excited about creating mealtime calm?  I am!

  • How to use The Division Of Responsibility at mealtimes (a game-changer)

  • How to deal with food refusal (easy language that diffuses any meltdown)

  • How to use sensory play (to desensitise fears over tastes and textures)

  • How to increase food variety (they’ll be trying new flavours in no time)

  • How to offer just one meal for the whole family (yes, it is possible!)

  • How to go easy on yourself (a listening ear to offload your worries)

  • How to deal with judgemental comments from others (you know who I mean!)

1 session usually covers all your needs and I charge £60 for a 1.5 hour phone call, including a full written summary afterwards.
